Your BIM Deliverables

All you need for BIM compliance in Singapore. From federated models and clash reports to CORENET X submissions and weekly coordination.

Modelling & Coordination

Models, Drawings & Coordination

Architectural, structural, and M&E models federated into a single coordinated BIM. Delivered in your project's native format at the right level of geometry and detail.

Federated BIM model.
We take your models and coordinate them with other trades into a single federated BIM. Whether your subcontractors provide their own models or we develop them, every discipline ends up in one navigable environment.
Clash resolution.
We identify and resolve hard, soft, and workflow clashes across all trades, then produce updated shop drawings as part of your construction submittals.
Shop drawings.
Construction-ready shop drawings extracted directly from the coordinated model for contractor fabrication and site installation.

Regulatory Submission

CORENET X Compliance

We run data quality checks against the BIM model to ensure that data hygiene issues don't affect CX compliance.

IFC+SG validation.
Models validated against the IFC+SG schema before submission. Parameter, classification, and export issues resolved to minimize the odds of a failed submission.
Gateway submissions.
We validate the federated model before each Design Gateway and Construction Gateway submission. Our BIM specialist makes the necessary updates so your QP can submit with confidence.

We model elements within your contractual scope and coordinate them with other trades into a single federated BIM, working with your subcontractors to close model gaps where needed.

03

Final Handover

Receive a full set of completed documents including coordinated models, shop drawings, and submission-ready IFC files. Everything backed up and archived for your records.

Our Projects

Real projects where we federated the models, resolved the clashes, and delivered on programme.

MRT Station Scan to BIM Model
LTA

MRT Station Scan to BIM

Challenge

Outdated drawings meant the design team had no reliable record of existing structures. New retrofit designs risked clashing with what was already built. A 3D survey was needed to close the gap.

What We Delivered

  • Point Cloud to BIM Conversion
  • LOD 350 BIM Models
  • BIM Coordination in Forma
Integrated Waste Treatment Facility BIM Model
PUB

Integrated Waste Treatment Facility

Challenge

Singapore's integrated waste treatment facility required infrastructure-grade BIM with full asset data capture for long-term facility management. Every model had to meet ISO 19650 and BEP standards across multiple disciplines.

What We Delivered

  • LOD 500 BIM Model

  • ISO 19650 Compliant BIM Models
Scan-to-BIM Digital Twin for School Building
Scan to BIM

Digital Twin for School Building

Challenge

A 6-storey school needed a digital twin for ongoing facility management, but no accurate as-built records existed. We piloted mobile scanning to capture the entire building and delivered a live digital twin in Autodesk Tandem.

What We Delivered

  • LOD 300 Revit Model from Point Cloud
  • Autodesk Tandem Digital Twin Integration

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do BIM services cost in Singapore?+

Costs depend on scope (number of systems involved) and engagement duration. Median values range from SGD 12,000 to SGD 144,000 per project. This is an all-in cost covering modellers, coordinators, and software. Every engagement is fixed-scope with a deliverable schedule and milestone dates agreed upfront.

When is BIM submission mandatory for CORENET X?+

BIM submission is mandatory for all new building projects submitting for regulatory approval from October 2026. Projects submitting after this date will need IFC+SG compliant BIM models prepared for CORENET X. We help consultants and contractors prepare their federated models for submission. Learn more about our CORENET X BIM services.

What is the difference between BIM modelling and BIM coordination?+

BIM modelling is creating the 3D model for a specific discipline such as architecture, structure, or MEP. BIM coordination federates those models into a single environment where clashes between trades are detected and resolved. Our modelling team builds the models, while our coordinator manages the interfaces between your project teams and ensures a clash-free federated model. Your coordinator also works with you to make adjustments to the model during the construction phase up to handover, and remains your single point of contact throughout.

Do you offer BIM outsourcing for Singapore projects?+

Yes. Singapore has unique BIM submission standards that offshore firms cannot easily meet. For example, CORENET X requires BIM data to be structured in IFC+SG format and geo-coordinated in SVY21. Our team understands these requirements and prepares models accordingly. We also attend your site meetings in person, which is often a contractual requirement for BIM coordinators on Singapore projects.

How much does BIM software cost in Singapore?+

The Autodesk AEC Collection (Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D) costs approximately SGD 4,400 per year. Forma for Construction (previously Autodesk Construction Cloud) is licensed separately. Forma Design Collaboration (previously BIM Collaborate Pro) is approximately SGD 1,400 per year for model coordination, clash detection, and design review. Prices vary by reseller and volume.

Should I outsource BIM modelling or keep it in-house?+

Having a BIM team in-house allows you to build a team that understands your design requirements and can provide rapid turnaround, assuming the team is available. However, outsource providers like Bimeco have access to larger networks of BIM modellers who can be deployed quickly when project demands spike. The trade-off is that outsourced teams may not be as familiar with your internal design standards, so there is some ramp-up time. The advantage of outsourcing is that you can scale BIM resources up or down based on project needs, allowing you to meet deadlines while managing costs.
