We start by reviewing your tender documents, contract scope, and design drawings. Then we create a deliverable schedule that breaks down your contract into specific BIM outputs (clash reports, coordinated models, shop drawings, etc.) with milestone dates. You receive this scoping document before any modelling work begins, so there's no ambiguity about what gets delivered and when.
We model items within your contractual scope—whether you're a consultant, GC, or subcontractor. For elements outside your scope, we can run clash checks to resolve interface issues. For design-build projects, we can handle full BIM delivery.
Revit, ArchiCAD, Tekla, OpenBuildings, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, ProjectWise, and others. We also support OpenBIM/IFC workflows where required.
LOD increases progressively from design through construction to operations. We model at the appropriate level for each stage to meet submission deadlines without over-modelling. If you have specific Model Content Requirements, share them before we begin.
We don't provide surveying or scanning services. However, if you already have point cloud data, our BIM team can work with you to incorporate it into your BIM submissions.
